摘    要:利用生物反应器构建组织工程化血管是近年来诞生的一项新技术。本文综述了其理论基础即血液流体动力学的研究进展,生物反应器的原理、结构、应用及评估,同时提出存在的问题并展望其应用前景。

Abstract:The use of bioreactor in vascular tissue engineering is a newly developed technics in recent years. This article describes the advances in the research of fluid dynamics which is the basis for bioreactor. Also included are the principle, structure and application of bioreactor as well as the evaluation of bioreactor in vascular tissue engineering. It also discusses the problems to be resolved and the future direction in this area.
