| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨癫发作后常见症状的临床特征及在癫发作鉴别诊断中的作用。方法:选择癫患者50例,非癫性发作患者30例,分析发作后症状及脑电图表现。结果:38例癫患者和4例非癫患者发作后头痛、疲劳、嗜睡;脑电图(EEG)第一次检查异常38例,第二次异常44例,非癫发作后EEG异常8例。结论:癫患者有发作后症状,对癫的诊断有非常重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore clinical characteristic of symptoms after epileptic seizure and effect in differential diagnosis.Methods:Symptoms and EEG after seizure were analysed in 50 patients with epilepsy and 30 patients without epilepsy.Results:38 patients with epilepsy and patients without epilepsy had headache tire and somndence after seizure;EEG of 38 patients with epilepsy was abnormal in first examination,44 cases were abnormal in second examination,EEG of 8 patients without epileptic seizure was abnormal. Conclusions: It was very important diagnostic valuable in epilepsy that symptom after epileptic seizure. |
