摘    要:本研究应用荧光逆行示踪技术观察了Forskolin玻璃体内注射对视神经切断后视网膜节细胞存活的影响。结果表明:(1)正常视网膜节细胞平均密度为2113±120/mm2;(2)视神经切断5、7、14d后,视网膜节细胞平均密度分别下降至:1530±192/mm2、881±160/mm2和181±31/mm2;(3)给予DMSO/生理盐水的对照组在上述各时间组视网膜节细胞平均密度与单纯视神经切断组结果相似;(4)给予Forskolin的实验组在5、7、14d视网膜节细胞的平均密度分别为1863±131/mm2、1639±183/mm2和442±60/mm2,与视神经切断组和DMSO/生理盐水对照组相比,在各时间组均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。本研究提示.Forskolin有提高视神经切断后的视网膜节细胞存活的作用。

Abstract:Fluorescent retrograde tracing method was used to investigate the effects of Forskolin on survival of axotomized RGCsby intravitreal injections. It was shown that: (1) In normal retinas, the mean densities of RGCs were 2113 ±120/mm2. (2) 5,7 and 14 days after axotomy, the mean densities of surviving RGCs were decreased to 1530±192/mm2. 881±160/mm2 and 181±31 /mm2 respectively. (3) Densities of RGCs in the control group with DMSO/sodium saline in 5,7 and 14 days after axotomywere similar to those observed in axotomized group. (4) In the group treated with Forskolin the densities of RGCs in 5, 7 and 14day groups were 1863f 131/mm2, 1639±183/mm2 and 442±60/mm2. respectively. They were significantly different form theaxotomized group and DMSO/sodium saline controls (P<0. 05). The results show that Forskolin can promote survival of RGCsafter axotomy in adult hamsters.
