摘    要:急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)既往被称为急性肾衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF),是一种由不同病因所致、具有不同临床表现并以肾小球滤过率迅速下降为主要特点的临床综合征,多见于多器官功能衰竭、败血症等严重疾病,也常见于各类肾脏疾病的不同阶段.

Abstract:Serum creatinine and urine output is not sensitive for early detection and degree evaluation of acute kidney injury(AKI). Recently, triggered by high-throughput genomics and proteomics, identification of disease-related proteins has been revolutionized. The proposed biomarkers of AKI, such as kidney injury molecule(KIM-1), neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin(NGAL), interleukin-18(IL-18), sodium/hydrogen exchanger isoform 3(NHE3), spermidine/spermine acetyltransferase(SAT), and so on, are involved in various pathological processes, including immunity, cell structure, cell-cycle and signal transduction. More clinical and experimental investigations are needed to identify more biomarkers which are useful for early diagnosis of AKI.
