摘    要:肺动脉高压(pulmonary hypertension)是一种进展性疾病,病理生理学机制复杂多样1],其血管特征在于内皮功能障碍、内膜增生、原位血栓形成、炎性细胞浸润以及广泛肺血管重塑2-5]。有氧糖酵解又称Warburg效应,是导致动脉型肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)发生发展的重要机制之一6-8]。目前研究指出肺动脉内皮细胞(pulmonary artery endothelial cell,PAEC)、肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell,PASMC)、肺血管成纤维细胞及右心室心肌细胞等发生的Warburg效应均在PAH的发生发展中发挥重要的调控作用,但其相关分子机制并不完全一致。

Abstract:The Warburg effect in pulmonary vascular endothelial cells,pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells,pulmonary fibroblasts,right ventricular cells and so on plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH).Studies have shown that up-regulation of hypoxia-inducible factor,dysfunction of mitochondrial calcium uniporter,high expression of endothelin-1 and regulation of key enzymes in glucose metabolism are related to the occurrence of the Warburg effect.This review summarizes the mechanisms of the Warburg effect in different types of cells for deeply understanding the pathogenesis of PAH.
