| 摘 要： | 1RELMs家族成员及其结构特征自2001年发现小鼠抵抗素(resistin)具有胰岛素抵抗的生物学功能以来1],RELMs家族成员相继被发现。目前,已发现的RELMs成员包括:小鼠和大鼠resistin、RELMα、RELMβ及RELMγ;猪resis-tin2];人类resistin和RELMβ3,4]。RELMs由105-114个氨基酸组成

| Abstract: | The resistin-like molecules(RELMs)are a novel protein family with tissue-specific distribution.Recent evidences suggest their important roles in type II diabetes mellitus,inflammation,immunological reactions and cell proliferation,which provoked many interests for the researchers.This overview summarizes the structure,tissue distribution,biological functions,regulatory pathways,and their relationship with diseases of these family members. |
