广州市某农村居民高血压患病率及其与体重指数的关系

目的了解农村居民高血压患病情况及其与体重指数（BMI）的关系。方法对广州市某农村602名≥15岁村民进行问卷调查及身高、体重和血压的测量,资料采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果调查人群高血压的总患病率为18.91%,其中男性为20.10%,女性为18.39%,男性与女性高血压患病率均随着年龄的增加而增加。BMI与收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP）存在显著正相关。肥胖患病率男性高于女性,但是女性血压与BMI的相关性高于男性,特别是在肥胖组（BMI≥25）。在低体重组（BMI〈18.5）,血压与BMI无显著相关性。结论广州农村≥15岁人群高血压患病率较高,且肥胖与高血压患病正相关,BMI控制在正常范围对控制高血压有重要意义。

The Prevalence of Hypertension and Its Relationship with BMI of Rural Inhabitants in A Village of Guangzhou

Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension and its relationship with BMI of rural inhabitants. Methods A questionnaire-based survey was performed in conjunction of the measurement of the height, body weight and blood pressure among 602 inhabitants aged ≥15 years in a village of Guangzhou. SPSSll.5 software was used to analyze the data. Results The total prevalence of hypertension was 18.91%, 20.10% in male and 18.39% in female. The prevalence of hypertension steadily increased with age in both sexes. BMI was positively associated with SBP and DBP. Although the prevalence of obesity was higher in males, the effect of BMI on BP was higher in females than males, especially in those with high BMI （≥25）. BMI did not have a significant effect on BP in slim people （BMI〈18.5）. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension was high in rural inhabitants aged ≥ 15 years of Guangzhon. Hypertension was positively associated with obesity. BMI is significantly correlated with hypertension and should be controlled within a normal range.
