| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙肝HBsAg携带者HBsAg含量与脂代谢的关系。方法对70例乙肝HBsAg携带者（其中26例低滴度携带者，44例高滴度携带者）及74例正常人的ALT、TG、CHOL、HDL、LDL、APOA、APOB等指标进行检测。结果与正常对照组相比，乙肝病毒携带组TG、CHOL、LDL、APOB等结果明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；与低滴度乙肝HBsAg携带者相比，高滴度组CHOL、HDL、LDL、APOA、APOB有下降的趋势。结论HBsAg的持续表达可能造成脂类慢性消耗，影响机体的脂质水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the relationship between the level of HBsAg and lipid metabolism in HBsAg carriers. Method Serum levels of ALT, TG, CHOL, HDL, LDL, APOA and APOB were detected in HBsAg carriers （n=70, in which 26 had with low titer of HBsAg and 44 with high titer of HBsAg） and the normal control subjects （n=74）. Result The levels of TG, CHOL, LDL and APOB in HBsAg carriers were significantly lower than the normal subjects （P〈0.05）. Compared to the HBsAg carriers with low HBsAg titer, the levels of CHOL, HDL, LDL, APOA and APOB were lower in carriers with high HBsAg titer. Conclusion Persistent expression of HBsAg is correlated with chronic consumption of lipids and the reduced body＇s lipid levels. |
