广州市白云区683例居民高血压及其相关因素调查

目的探讨城乡结合部居民高血压的流行趋势、主要危险因素。方法采样分层随机抽样法,抽取白云区江高镇、石井街和永平街共12个居委会683名16～69岁农村和城镇居民进行高血压流行病特征及相关危险因素调查,采用EpiData3.1软件进行数据双录入,采用SPSS11.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果白云区城乡结合部居民高血压总患病率为15.67%,标化患病率为14.29%。高血压患病率随年龄增长呈增高趋势,高体质指数（BMI）为高血压的危险因素。结论白云区城乡结合部居民高血压患病率高于全省平均水平,男性发病年龄早于女性,高血压已经对居民的健康构成威胁,因此应采取相应的干预措施预防该人群高血压的发生。

Risk factors related to hypertension in 683 residents of Baiyun distict in Guangzhou

Objective To investigate the prevalence and major risk factors of hypertension for the urban-rural residents.Methods Stratified randomized sampling method was used in this study.A total of 683 residents within the age of 16-69 were examined for hypertension＇s prevalence disease characteristic and the associated risk factors.EpiData3.1 software is applied for double entry of data,and SPSS11.0 package is using for statistical analysis.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension（PRH） for the urban-rural residents was 15.67%.The aged-standardized PRH was 14.29%.The increase of PRH was correlated to the age.The high body mass index（BMI） is the risk factor of hypertension.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension of the farmers living in Baiyun urban-rural region is high.The onset of hypertension on male is founded to be earlier than female.Hypertension has already posed a threat to the health of those residents.Therefore,corresponding intervention should take appropriate measures to prevent the occurrence of hypertension in this population.
