| 摘 要： | 在41例成人尸体上观察了旋髂深血管的起始和外径,依据旋髂深血管的髂骨支和腹壁肌支的局部解剖学,设计了以旋髂深血管为蒂的髂骨瓣和血管束联合移植治疗小儿股骨头缺血性坏死的新术式.临床应用17例获得满意效果.文中介绍了解剖学要点及手术方法,并对取得手术成功的关键因素进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | Based on the observation of thedeep iliac circumflek vessels and itsbranches to iliac crest on 41 sides ofadult cadavers,a new iliac bony flapwas put forward for the treatmentof ischemic necrosis of femoral headin children.In clinical application,allthe 17 children(14 boys and 3 girls),aged from 6 to 12 years,have achive-ved satisfactory results with an ave-rage of 2-year following up. |
