手背静脉与皮神经的关系及静脉穿刺部位的选择

目的：了解手背浅静脉与皮神经的解剖位置关系，为提高手背静脉穿刺质量提供应用解剖学资料。方法：肉眼解剖１２例２４侧成人尸体手背标本。结果：发现皮神经行程较静脉直，皮禅现象少，且恒定地走行于浅静脉深面；手背浅静脉主要形成４支较粗大的滨背静脉，分别位于四个掌骨间隙处；第１、４掌骨间隙处的静脉与皮神经呈伴行，但第２、掌骨间隙处的静脉与皮神经呈交叉关系。结论：（１）由尺掌骨间隙处的静脉与皮神经经呈伴行关系，

Anatomy study of the relationship between venepuncture location and cutaneous nerve distribution in the dorsum of hand

Objective: The relationship between cutaneous nerve and superficial vein in the dorsum of hand was studied to enhance the accuracy of venepuncture. Methods: Macro anatomy was made on 24 sides adult hands. Results: Four thicker dorsal metacarpal veins were formed in interspace of four metacarpals.The cutaneous nerves in the first and fourth metacarpal space were concomitant with the veins, but those in the second and third metacarpal space were cross the veins. Conclusions: The knowledge of relationship between cutaneous nerves and veins in the dorsal of hand could help us to reduce the pain of patients during venepuncture.
