摘    要:目的了解健康与骨质疏松性髋关节骨折老年妇女股骨颈骨密度,并估计健康妇女髋轴长度(HAL)以取得其正常值。方法用双能X线吸收法(DXA)测量38例髋关节骨折组及108例正常对照组老年妇女的股骨颈骨密度(BMD)和髋轴长度(HAL),进行组间比较。分析正常组妇女此两项指标间的关系及分别与年龄、身高间的关系。另对216例20~59岁健康妇女测量髋轴长度以取得其正常值。结果髋关节骨折老年妇女组股骨颈BMD为(0.6019±0.1187)g/cm

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the difference of bone mineral density (BMD) of hip joint between healthy and old hip fractured women.Methods: BMD and hip axis length (HAL) of proximal femur were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA) in aged hip fracture group (38 cases) and control group (108 cases), and the measurement were compared.Another healthy groups (216 cases) were also measured to evaluate normal reference of this index.Results: The femoral neck BMD of hip fracture aged women was (0.6019±0.1187)g/cm2,statistically smaller than 0.7252±0.0966 g/cm2 of control group(P<0.05); while their HAL was 10.65±0.72 cm, longer than 10.21±0.76 cm of control group(p<0.05); There was no relationship between the HAL and femoral BMD or age in control group.The reference range of healthy women HAL was 10.23±0.84 cm. Conclusion: Without the measurement of proximal femur BMD, aged hip fracture female patients can be distinguished from healthy old women by the HAL.
