摘    要:目的 :为“虚拟中国人”建模提供动脉显示方案。方法 :将 10只大白兔随机分为 5组 ,每组 2只 ,1组为对照组 ,其余 4组麻醉后分别灌入淀粉、水、水彩颜料 ;蛋清、油画颜料、乙酸乙酯 ;香柏油、朱砂 ;明胶、朱砂、淀粉 4种不同配制的填充剂 ;每组中取 1只放入 -2 0℃冰箱中冻存 ,2d后锯切观察 ,另 1只直接打开胸腹腔观察。结果 :淀粉、水、水彩颜料组有渗出 ,锯切面动静脉颜色对比明显但动脉边界不清 ;蛋清、油画颜料、乙酸乙酯锯切面对比明显 ,但动脉管腔中留有“空泡” ;香柏油、朱砂组胸腹腔动静脉对比明显 ,但锯切面有填充物渗出 ;明胶、朱砂、淀粉组锯切面干净 ,颜色对比明显 ,胸腹腔动脉饱满无渗出。结论 :明胶 朱砂 淀粉是数字化虚拟人体较理想的动脉显示填充剂。

Abstract:Objective: To provide an ideal protocol for displaying the blood vessels in Virtual Chinese Human specimen. Methods: Ten rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups. One served as the control group, the others were experimental groups which were injected with four different perfusates respectively. They were mixture of starch, water and oil paint, mixture of egg white, oil paint and anhydride, mixture of cedar oil and vermilion, and mixture of gelatin, vermilion, and starch. One rabbit of each group was observed after direct thoracotomy at 4 hours after perfusion, and the other was observed after being sawed open after two days' freezing in the refrigerator. Results: The experiment indicated that there was effusion in the group perfused with starch, water and oil paint, vacuole in the arteries, the group perfused with egg white, oil paint and anhydride, and the group perfused with cedar oil and vermilion, but in the group perfused with mixture of gelatin, vermilion and starch, the sawing surface was neat and the blood vessels were showed clearly with no effusion. Conclusion: The perfusate made of gelatin, vermilion, and starch is ideal for artery perfusion in Virtual Chinese Human.
