摘    要:目的:设计并制作一个高精度、高速度、又易于操作的二-维数字化人脑图谱,重建出人脑内部各个组织之间复杂的空间关系:方法:住PC机上使用自己开发的工具对采集到的二维人脑图像进行先期处理,并自动生成各组织的三维模型,然后使用VRML将三维模型组织在一起并在浏览器中显示出来:结果:成功构建出一个操作简单、效果逼真的脑图谱,适用于手术计划导航以及神经解剖教学:结论:利用可视化技术构建的数字化人脑图谱能够为医学研究、教学与临床提供形象而真实的模型,而且构造出的三维模型文件较小,适合于网络传输和资源共享:

Abstract:Objective: To design and fabricate a three-dimensional digital atlas of the human brain, which not only has high precision, high-speed and easy to operate, but also contributes to observe the complex structure of human brain clearly. Methods: A tool of image processing was developed to make 3D models of different tissues from human head images. Then these models were organized together and displayed in web browser by using VRML. Results: An easy-operated digital atlas was constructed, which can be used in operation plan and neuropathy anatomy teaching. Conclusion: The models are easy to operate. Source files of VRML are small and fit for being transferred on the web and resource sharing.
