| 摘 要： | 在20具成人腰部脊柱标本上观察了腰椎间关节的结构。椎间关节囊的前、后壁紧张,上、下壁松弛.关节腔的上、下两极被滑膜皱襞填充.关节滑膜内有神经纤维,可能与痛觉有关.当关节运动和多裂肌收缩不协调时,滑膜皱襞可能被嵌于椎间关节面之间而导致腰背痛.

| Abstract: | The structures of lumbar zygapo-physeal joints were observed on 20adult lumbar spines.The anteriorand posterior capsules of the jointswere tight,but the superior and infe-rior capsules were slack.Synovial fo-lds filled into the uppermost and low-ermost of the joint cavities.Nervefibers,which might be sensitive topain,were found in the synovial me-mbrane of the joint capsules.When thejoints move uncoordinately with co-ntraction of multifidus,the synovialfolds might be pinched between thearticular surfaces of the zygapophysealjoints to cause an acute low-back pa-in. |
