摘    要:目的:研究血液与刀豆凝集素相互作用形成血凝过程中血细胞的阻抗特性。方法:选用家兔血细胞与刀豆凝集素构成实验组,以精密阻抗分析仪为基础搭建阻抗监测平台,持续采集各实验组反应过程的复阻抗幅模量、相位角、频率、实部值、虚部值等阻抗特征参数进行整理分析。结果:在50%比容的家兔血细胞悬浮液中,分别加入10、20和30 mg/mL浓度的刀豆凝集素后,家兔血细胞的特征频率从19.80 MHz提高到(27.31±2.19) MHz;在特征频率下,随反应时间的增加,复阻抗幅模量的增量均值和相位角的增量均值分别为(-18.27±1.29) Ω、3.86°±0.38°,与不含刀豆凝集素的空白对照组呈相反趋势。结论:刀豆凝集素可使家兔血细胞的特征频率升高,复阻抗幅模量降低,相位角增大,凝集速度加快。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To study the impedance characteristics of blood cells in the process of blood coagulation formation by the interaction of blood and concanavalin agglutinin. Methods Rabbit blood cells and concanavalin agglutinin were selected to form the experimental group. An impedance monitoring platform which was built based on precise impedance analyzer was used to continuously collect the impedance characteristic parameters such as complex impedance amplitude modulus, phase angle, frequency, real value, imaginary value during the reaction process in each experimental group for further collation and analysis. Results After adding 10, 20 and 30 mg/mL of concanavalin agglutinin into a 50% hematocrit of rabbit blood cell suspension, the characteristic frequency of rabbit blood cells was increased from 19.80 MHz to (27.31±2.19) MHz. At the characteristic frequency, with the increase of the reaction time, the average increment of the complex impedance amplitude modulus was (-18.27±1.29) Ω, and the average increment of the phase angle was 3.86°±0.38°. However, the blank control group without adding concanavalin agglutinin showed the opposite trends. Conclusion Concanavalin agglutinin can increase the characteristic frequency of rabbit blood cells, decrease complex impedance amplitude modulus, enlarge phase angle, and speed up the agglutination.
