宫腔镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗子宫内疾病78例分析

目的 :评价宫腔镜对子宫内疾病的诊断价值和采用Nd :YAG激光治疗子宫内疾病的效果。方法 :对 78例子宫内疾病 (包括子宫内粘连、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、子宫纵隔、子宫粘膜息肉、宫颈息肉及宫颈管囊肿 )采用宫腔镜进行诊断 ,并用Nd :YAG激光进行治疗。结果 :宫腔镜诊断子宫内疾病的准确率高于超声诊断及放射诊断。采用Nd :YAG激光治疗的一次性成功率为 97.43 %。手术时间为 2 0 5 5分钟 ,平均 3 5 .7± 18.5分钟。无明显并发症。术后 1 3个月随访 2例病人有残留的粘连带及纵隔组织而进行二次手术。其余患者均恢复正常。 8例患者 (有生育要求者 )在一年内妊娠。结论 :对于子宫内疾病宫腔镜有较高的临床价值 ,采用Nd :YAG激光治疗具有更简便、安全、疗效确切等优点 ,具有广泛的应用前景

Analysis for Using Nd:YAG Laser to Treatment on 78 Cases of Intrauterine Diseases by Hysteroscopy

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Nd:YAG laser to treatment of intrauterine lesions by hysteroscopy.Method: 78 cases of intrauterine diseases (including intrauterine adhesions, endometrial polyps, cervix polyp, submucous fibroids and septate uterus)were diagnosted and operated with hysteroscopy and Nd:YAG laser.Results: All the 78 cases were comfirmed and corrected with hysteroscopy. 76 cases of all 78 were cured with Nd:YAG laser by hysteroscopy(97.43%).The average time of operating was 35.7±18.5 min (20 55 min). After one or three month follow all patients up that this operation revealed normal intrauterine shape and no discontent symptom, except that two patients were operated again with the same method.Eight patients gained pregnancy in one year.Conclusion: Hysteroscopic examination is more valuable for diagnosis of intrauterine diseases than ultrasonographic examination.Using Nd:YAG laser by hysteroscopy is a safe and efficious method for treatment of intrauterine diseases.
