摘    要:目的 设计、开发在性能上能满足左心室辅助要求的轴流式心脏辅助泵。方法 使用Numeca软件和运用现代叶轮机设计技术对人工心脏轴流血泵的内部流场情况进行数值模拟,对局部的回流、倒流和涡流现象进行改进,根据最终的数值模拟结果对流道和叶型进行设计。然后,对外轴承方案也进行数值模拟。结果 通过Numeca软件的数值模拟后改进,大大抑制了轴流泵内部的混乱流动,改善了流动状况,提高了轴流泵的血液相容性。对外轴承方案进行初步的数值模拟结果表明,随着机匣扩展角的增加,倒流现象逐渐得到抑制,流动情况得到改善。结论 本研究应用Numeca软件和现代叶轮机设计技术开发设计的轴流泵,在流体力学性能和血液相容性能上达到了左心室心脏泵的辅助要求。具有创新性的外轴承方案值得进一步探索。

Abstract:Objective To design and develop blood pumps for left ventricular assist devices. Methods Through digital simulation of boundary separation, flow reversal in the flow path by the Numeca software, we redesigned the previous scheme with an advanced technology in the modern turbo pump design. And digital simulation was used for the new design of external beating pump. Results With the improvement of the design of the axial blood pump, boundary separation and flow reversal in the flow path were greatly reduced. In the newly designed external bearing pump, with the increasing of expansion angles, the backflow was restrained gradually and finally eliminated. Conclusion The improvement of the flow pattern in the blood pump enabled the axial blood pump to be competent for the left ventricular assistance. Also, digital simulation for the external beating pump showed promising results.
