乌鲁木齐地区住院儿童EB病毒感染调查及临床分析

目的 调查乌鲁木齐地区住院患儿EB病毒（EB virus,EBV）感染的情况,为临床EBV感染诊断治疗提供参考.方法 采用ELISA方法,对新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院儿科2011年5月至2012年5月1364例住院儿童进行EBV血清IgM、IgG抗体以及IgG抗体亲合力检测,并对EBV感染患儿的诊疗资料进行分析.结果 住院儿童EBV感染率为89.7％ （1224/1364）,近期感染率为15.5％ （221/1364）.EBV感染患儿相关疾病诊断包括：支气管肺炎42.1％ （93/221）、肺炎25.3％（56/221）、贫血17.2％ （38/221）、肝炎综合征或黄疸14.5％ （32/221）、上呼吸道感染10.4％ （23/221）、化脓性扁桃体炎3.6％ （8/221）、传染性单核细胞增多症3.2％ （7/221）、病毒性脑炎3.2％ （7/221）、病毒性心肌炎2.7％ （6/221）、疱疹性咽峡炎1.4％ （3/221）以及其它6.3％（14/221）.结论 乌鲁木齐地区住院儿童EB病毒感染多见,临床表现多样,临床相关疾病多为呼吸道感染、肝炎综合症、贫血等.EBV血清IgM抗体以及IgG抗体亲合力检测是辅助诊断EB病毒感染的必要实验室手段.

Clinical Analysis of EB Virus Infection in Children in Urumqi

Objective To understand clinical features and seropositive rate of children with EB virus in- fection and provide basis for diagnosis and cure of EB virus. Methods The patients received medical treat- ment from MAY 2011 to May 2012 were recruited as subjects of this study. The IgM,IgG and IgG antibody affinity were determined ELISA. The clinical feature, diagnosis, laboratory data of 1364 children infected with EB virus were analyzed retrospectively. Results Hospitalized children EBV infection rate was 89. 7% （ 1224/1364）, the infection rate was 15. 5 % （221/1364 ）. The clinical manifestations of children infected by EB virus were diversity. The children were diagnosed as bronchial pneumonia（93,42. 1% ） , pneumonia （56, 25.3% ）, hypohemia （38, 17.2% ）, hepatitis syndrome or jaundice （32, 14. 5% ）, upper respirato- ry tract infection （23, 9.3% ）, viral encephalitis or myocarditis （13, 5.2% ）, suppurative tonsillitis （8 , 3.2% ）, infectious mononucleosis （IM） （7, 3.2% ）, herpangina （ 3, 1.2% ）, others （ 14, 6. 3% ）. Conclusions Almost all systems of the body can be affected in EBV infected patients. The clinical mani- festations were diversity, and related disease mainly with infectious mononucleosis （IM）, pneumonia, bron- chial pneumonia, bronchitis.
