摘    要:首次将白腐菌应用于煤炭脱硫,并对其可行性、原理进行了摸索.通过正交试验研究了白腐菌在煤炭脱硫过程中细菌数量、煤浆浓度、煤粒度和预处理等各因素对其脱硫的影响,并筛选出各因素的最佳试验条件,在此基础上探讨了白腐菌脱硫的降解规律.实验结果表明,白腐菌煤炭脱硫是完全可行的,而且白腐菌脱硫速度较快,2d内可脱除煤中无机硫的5530%、全硫的4454%.

Abstract:White rot fungus was applied to coal desulfurization for the first time and its feasibility and principle were studied.The influence of the quantity of white rot fungus,concentration of coal slurry,coal granularity and pretreatment in desulfurization was studied and the optimum conditions for various factors were sieved by orthogonal test method. The degradation law of the coal sulfur under these optimum conditions was also worked out. The results show that coal desulfurization by white rot fungus is feasible and the rate of desulfurization is very fast, and 55 30% inorganic sulfur and 44 54% total sulfur are removed within just two days.
