枸杞总黄酮和多糖的超声提取及含量测定

摘    要:以枸杞总黄酮及多糖的含量为指标,用比较传统提取方法和超声波提取法以探索快速高效提取枸杞总黄酮及多糖的方法,结果表明,超声提取所得宁夏枸杞总黄酮的含量为1.02%(传统法0.57%),平均回收率为95.44%,RSD=1.57%(n=5);枸杞多糖的含量为6.26%(传统法5.17%),平均回收率为96.46%,RSD=0.94%(n=5).这是首次将超声提取法用于宁夏枸杞总黄酮及多糖的提取,与传统提取法相比,超声提取法具有快速、高效等显著优点.

Abstract:To explore a rapid and efficient extracting method of total flavonoids and polysaccharides from Lycium barbarum L,the contents of total flavonoids and polysaccharides were served as index comparing ultrasonic extraction with traditional extraction,and the contents were determined by spectrophotometry.Using the ultrasonic extraction,the content of total flavonoids was 1.02%,and the average recovery rate was 95.44%,RSD=1.57%(n=5);The content of polysaccharides was 6.26%,and the average recovery rate was 96.46%,RSD=0.94%(n=5).The ultrasonic extraction applied in the total flavonoids and polysaccharides from Lycium barbarum L was obtained for the first time.Compared with traditional extraction,the ultrasonic extraction had higher extraction efficiency.
