摘    要:
弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的诊断及其预后判断仍然是一个有待解决的问题。目前,DAI的诊断主要根据患者临床表现及其传统影像学表现来实现的,这种诊断方法缺乏精确性,而且缺乏对具体病变部位进行可靠定位的能力。磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)是近年发展起来的,在临床及科研中应用越来越广的一项磁共振成像技术,其突出优点体现在对神经纤维的高度敏感性上,可对神经纤维的完整性进行定量及定性研究,显示脑神经纤维束的走行及其病理状态,从而为神经系统疾病的诊断及预后评估提供帮助。本文主要综述DTI在DAI诊断及预后评估中的应用。
