| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨激痛点与皮神经关系，方法：选择900例颈肩腰背四肢软组织疼痛病人，对诊断，治疗进行总结，同时调查408例手术后疤痕反应情况。结果：描述了激痛点的形成机制，组织结构，临床特点，好发部位。结论：激痛点与皮神经卡压相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship of irritative painful point and cutaneous nerve.Methods 900 patients with cervical part shoulder,lumbodorsal and extremities soft tissue pain and 408 cases of postoperative scar were selected respectively.Results The formative mechanism of irritative painful point,tissue structure,clinical charcteristics and predilection site were described in detail.Conclusion The formation of the lrritative paintul point was related with cutaneous nervous block. |
