| Abstract: | Endoscopic biliary stent insertion has become the first standard palliative treatment for patients with malignant biliary obstruction, however, stent blockage is the key issue of puzzling clinic. In recent years, there are many extensive and penetrating studies to prolong drainage time by research the pathogenesy of stent blockage. This article makes a summary on its research progress. |
