摘    要:
目的 探讨广州市大学生生活事件的特点,为开展大学生心理健康教育提供科学依据.方法 以广州市4所大学2 319名大学生为研究对象,采用"青少年生活事件压力量表(ASLEC)"进行测试.结果 在生活事件的6个因子中,依次排序为:学习压力因子、人际关系因子、健康适应因子、丧失因子、其他因子、受惩罚因子.结论 应当重视大学生生活压力源的特征,提高教育质量.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the characters of life events among college students in Guangzhou, and to provide scientific evidences for mental health education on college students. Methods 2 319 college students of 4 universities in Guangzhou were administered by Adolescent Self-rating Life EventsChecklist(ASLEC). Results 6 factors of life events were in order by level of influence: learning pressure, interpersonal connection, health adaptation, loss factor, other factors, punishment factor. Conclusions To improve the quality of education, we should understand and attach importance to the characteristics of college students life stressors.
