2009年陕西省农村6岁以下儿童生长发育与营养状况调查

目的调查分析陕西省农村地区6岁以下儿童生长发育与营养状况,了解陕西省农村儿童生长发育与营养状况存在的主要问题,为进一步制定营养改进措施提供依据。方法按中国CDC＂6岁以下儿童状况调查＂方案,对陕西省蓝田县、白水县共计636名6岁以下农村儿童进行身高、体重的测量和血红蛋白检测,并以问卷的形式对以上儿童的家长进行了喂养方式及辅食添加状况进行调查。结果 6岁以下儿童低体重率为3.30%,生长迟缓率为5.03%,消瘦率为1.10%,贫血率14.78%。结论婴幼儿辅食添加的时间、质量和数量上尚存在不科学之处。原因与经济贫困有关外,还与当地的婴幼儿家长缺乏婴幼儿喂养知识有关。

Growth, Development and Nutritional Status of 0-6 Year-old Children in Rural Areas in Shaanxi Province, 2009

Objective To analyze the growth, development and nutritional status of 0-6 year-old children in rural areas in Shaanxi province.Methods According to the ＂Scheme of Nutritional Survey for Children under 6 years old ＂developed by Chinese CDC, the body height, body weight and hemoglobin were measured among 636 children in Lantian and Baishui counties of Shaanxi, and the questionnaire survey about feeding practice and supplementary feeding was conducted among the parents.Results The underweight rate, stunting rate, wasting rate, and anaemia rate of the children under the age of 6 were 3.30%, 5.03%,1.10% and 14.780%, respectively. Conclusion The results showed that the time, quality and quantity of supplementary feeding of the children should be further improved. Besides the reason of poverty, the low awareness of nutrition knowledge among the parents might explain the prevalence of malnutrition among the children under 6 years old in these areas.
