川芎嗪对大白兔膝关节骨性关节炎血清SOD,MDA及NO的影响

目的 :观察川芎嗪对大白兔膝关节骨性关节炎自由基的影响。方法 :将新西兰大白兔随机分为川芎嗪治疗组(A组) ,生理盐水组(B组) ,空白对照组(C组)。除C组外 ,其余两组将大白兔膝关节长期固定制成骨性关节炎动物模型 ,分别观察实验性骨性关节炎大白兔血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化及川芎嗪对其治疗的影响。结果 :川芎嗪连续静脉给药9周 ,可以明显降低血清MDA和NO含量 ,升高血清SOD水平 ,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 :川芎嗪可通过降低自由基损伤因子MDA和NO ,升高自由基清除剂SOD水平发挥对骨性关节炎的防治作用。

Effects of Tertram Ethylpyrazine on SOD,MDA and NO in Serum of the Rabbit with Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint

Objective:To observe the effects of tertramethylpyrazine on the free radials of the rabbit with the osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods:The New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the tertram ethylpyrazine group(A),the saline group(B)and the control group(C).The rabbits in group A and Group B were made into the models with the osteoarthritis of knee joint.Then the observation was conducted on the changes of SOD,MDA and NO in the serums of these two groups and on the curative effects of tertram ethylpyrazine.Results:After tertram ethylpyrazine was given through venoclysis for9weeks,the contents of MDA and NO were lowered distinctively while the level of SOD was increased.When compared to the control group,the differences were obvious.(P<0.01or P<0.05)Conclusions:Tertram ethylpyrazine has the preventive and curative effects on osteoarthritis by lowering the MDA and NO and increasing the SOD.
