连翘药材提取物体外清除自由基的作用

摘    要:
目的研究连翘药材提取物的体外清除自由基作用。方法乙醇回流提取获得连翘药材提取物,检测连翘药材提取物对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除率。结果连翘叶对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用最好,优于果实(P<0.05),且青翘优于老翘(P<0.05),连翘枝皮对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用相对较弱(P<0.05)。青翘、老翘、连翘叶及枝皮对羟基自由基均有清除作用,且清除能力随着提取物浓度的增加而增大(P<0.05)。结论连翘药材提取物有抗氧化活性,对体外自由基有较好的清除作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of forsythia suspense extract on scavenging free radical in vitro. Methods The extract of forsythia suspense were extracted by using ethanol,and the rates of scavenging the hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical were detected. Results The capability of scavenging free radical from forsythia suspense leaf and green forsythia suspense was stronger than forsythia suspense fruit and old forsythia suspense,respectively.Comparing to other pairs,the capability of scavenging free radical from the skin of forsythia suspense was weaker(P<0.05).The extract of forsythia suspense had capability to scavenge free radical,and the scavenging ability increased with increasing of extract concentration(P<0.05) Conclusion The extract of forsythia suspense had antioxidant,and strong capability to savage free radical in vitro.
