经胸腔镜直线切割缝合器治疗肺大疱中的应用探讨

目的 观察应用经胸腔镜直线切割缝合器治疗肺大疱的临床疗效.方法 选取我院收治的60例肺大疱手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各30例,分别给予胸腔镜及开胸手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术情况、术后并发症及疗效.结果 治疗组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、引流管拔除时间、术后并发症发生率及复发率均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义.结论 应用经胸腔镜直线切割缝合器治疗肺大疱具有损伤小、术后恢复快、复发率低的优点.

Application value of video-assisted thoracoscopy linear cut stapler in the treatment of bullae of lung

Objective To observe the clinical effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic linear cut stapler in the treatment of bullae of lung. Methods 60 patients with pulmonary bulla were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic linear cut stapler, and the control group was treated with conventional thoracotomy operation. The operation condition, postoperative complications and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of operation time, blood loss, duration of hospital stay, drainage tube removal time, postoperative complications and recurrence was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopic linear cut stapler has the advantages of small injury, rapid postoperative recovery and low recurrence in the treatment of pulmonary bullae.
