股骨头坏死动物模型研究进展

股骨头坏死是常见的髋部疾病之一,是由于不同病因破坏了股骨头血液供应所造成的最终结果。由于其病程长,股骨头塌陷造成的病残较重,严重影响患者的生活质量,越来越引起人们的重视。另一方面,对股骨头坏死的研究进展仍有很多局限性,这主要由于股骨头坏死的绝大部分发病原因和发病机制并不十分清楚。股骨头坏死动物模型的建立对该病的研究有重要意义。本文就近年来国内外动物模型制作的方法进行综述。
