| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨电子阴道镜在宫颈病变筛查中的价值。方法对798例宫颈有病变的阴道镜检查结果进行总结分析。结果阴道镜下检查的798例宫颈有病变的患者767例行病理活检，其中CINⅠ24例，CINⅡ18例，CINⅢ19例，宫颈癌10例，急慢性宫颈炎706例。宫颈光滑者CIN占3．92％，宫颈轻度糜烂者CIN占6．12％。结论采用阴道镜检查能及早发现宫颈癌及癌前病变．是宫颈病变筛查的重要方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of electronic colposcopy in screening for cervical lesions. Methods 798 cases of cervical lesions in colposcopy results were analyzed. Results Of 798 cases of patients with cervical lesions by colposcopy examination, 767 had a routine biopsy, of which CIN Ⅰ 24 cases, CINⅡ 18 cases, CIN Ⅲ 9 cases, 10 cases of cervical cancer; 706 cases of acute and chronic cervicitis. Cervical smooth patients, CIN accounted for 3.92%; mild cervical erosion, CINaccounted for 6.12%. Conclusion Colposcopy can be used in early detection for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, which is an important means in screening for cervical lesions. |
