深圳市公共场所冷却塔水中嗜肺军团菌Mip序列分型研究

摘    要:
目的研究深圳市公共场所冷却塔水中嗜肺军团菌的基因特征。方法采用军团菌巨噬细胞感染力增强因子基因(Macrophage Infectivity Potentiator,mip)分型方法。提取深圳市51株嗜肺军团菌菌株DNA,聚合酶链式反应(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术扩增mip基因,并将PCR扩增产物进行测序。结果每菌株测序后,序列与European Working Group for Legionella Infections(E.W.G.L.I)组织建立的数据库进行比对。51株嗜肺军团菌分为5种型别,分别为L.pnuemophile-phil-1、L.pnuemophile-sg3、L.pnuemophile-D-15、L.pnuemophile-sg10与L.pnuemophile-97-2898。结论mip分型方法可用于嗜肺军团菌的基因分型。深圳各区不同场所冷却塔水中分离的嗜肺军团菌株之间存在差异,L.pnuemophile-phil-1型别为优势型别占60.8%。

Abstract:
Objective To understand the genetic characteristics of Legionella pneumophila isolated from the air - condition cooling tower in public sites of Shenzhen by the mip (Macrophage Infectivity Potentiator)method. Methods The DNA of 51 strains Lp1 were extracted,then the mip gene were detected by the PCR,finally the PCR products were sequenced.
