| 摘 要： | 目的探讨化学性烧伤更为合理的治疗方法.方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2005年8月收治化学烧伤80例病人的临床资料、治疗方法和疗效.结果80例化学性烧伤病人中79例治愈,1例死亡.结论及时有效的现场急救处理,具有针对性的彻底清创,个体化的液体治疗和早期的切削痂植皮治疗是提高化学性烧伤治疗效果的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the more reasonable treatment of chemical bum. Methods The clinical data, methods of treatment and curative effect of 80 patients with chemical bum were analyzed in retrospect who was hospitalized during 2000 to 2005. Results 79 patients were cured and one patient died in the 80 patients with chemical bum. Conclusions The key to improve the effect of chemical bum is effective and in time first aid disposal in locale, pertinent and quite wound treat, individualized fluid treatments and cutting/paring scab and skin graft are in its early stage. |
