中药注射剂在治疗心绞痛中的应用近况

越来越多的中药经分析提纯制成注射剂被广泛运用到心绞痛的治疗中,其成分有符合中医辨证治疗的药物,如活血化瘀中药丹参、川芎和补气药黄芪等,还有经现代研究证实有效的银杏叶、葛根素等。此类药物或为单药提纯或为复方搭配,经研究证实其均对心绞痛有一定临床应用价值。但此类药物的适用范围尚很局限,对其进行的研究大多存在小样本、重复和盲目的问题,目前就如何更规范有效应用此类药物尚未形成统一认识。
