| 摘 要： | 目的：研究高压氧（HBO）治疗对重度颅脑外伤患者预后的影响。方法：77例重度颅脑外伤患者按外伤后是否进行HBO治疗分为HBO组47例和对照组30例，2组患者在人院24h内和4个月后分别采用Glasgow昏迷量表（GCS）评定，同时4个月后采用Glasgow结局量表（GOS）进行评定。结果：人院4个月后，HBO组及对照组GCS评分均有提高（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），HBO组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；GOS评定比较，HBO组达4—5级为68．1％，对照组为40．0％，HBO组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：重度颅脑外伤后进行HBO治疗后患者的清醒程度、独立性及进入正常社交生活等均优于未进行HB0的患者。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy on prognosis of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:Seventy-seven cases of severe craniocerebral injury were divided into HBO group and control group.GCS scores were assessed in 24 h after admission and 4 months after severe craniocerebral injury.Glasgow outcome scale(GOS) was employed to assess the patients 4 months after severe craniocerebral injury.Results:GCS scores were significantly higher in HBO group than those in control group(P<0.05).Four months after severe craniocerebral injury GOS grade in HBO group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The prognosis of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury in HBO group is more satisfactory. |
