规范三级康复护理对促进脑损伤患者日常生活活动能力恢复的影响

目的 探讨三级康复体系中规范化康复护理对脑损伤患者日常生活活动能力（ADL）恢复的影响。方法 80例脑损伤患者分为研究组和对照组。两组患者急性期接受常规护理外,研究组在病情稳定1周内即进行一级康复护理;两组患者恢复期均到康复中心继续进行二级康复护理;研究组维持期在干休所或家庭延续行三级康复护理,对照组中断三级康复护理,自行在家练习。用Barthel指数评价日常生活活动能力。结果 研究组在三级康复护理后,日常生活活动能力评分均明显高于康复护理前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 三级康复体系中康复护理能明显改善脑损伤患者的日常生活活动能力。

Influence of standardized tertiary rehabilitation(STR)on promoting the recovery of activities of daily living of patients with cerebral injury

Objective To probe the influence of standardized rehabilitation nursing in tertiary rehabilitation system on promoting the recovery of activities of daily living of patients with cerebral injury.Methods 80 cases with cerebral injury were divided into the experimental group and the control group,both were given conventional care during the acute stage,while the experimental group were given level-1 rehabilitation nursing during one week of the patients’ condition stabilization.Both groups were given level-2 rehabilitation nursing at rehabilitation center during recovery stage.The experimental group were given level-3 rehabilitation nursing at the retired cadres sanatorium or at home during maintenance stage,while the control group suspended it but self-practiced at home.Barthel Index was adopted to assess ADL.Results After three levels rehabilitation nursing,ADL scores of the experimental group were clearly higher than that before rehabilitation nursing,and the difference was of statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In tertiary rehabilitation system,rehabilitation nursing can clearly improve ADL of the patients with cerebral injury.
