颅脑损伤患者恢复期康复专科护理入院评估的制定与应用

目的 改进颅脑损伤患者的护理入院评估内容,提高康复护理效果。方法 针对颅脑损伤患者恢复期的临床表现,护士在其康复入院24h内进行专科康复护理评估,并根据评估内容进行风险评估。结果 康复专科护理入院评估的制定与应用为预测疾病转归、保证医疗安全、制订合适的康复治疗措施提供了重要保障。我中心对收治的76例颅脑损伤急性处置后患者入院后进行专科护理评估和计划的制定,在患者康复治疗期间积极与康复医生、治疗师配合,取得了一定的效果。结论 康复专科护理入院评估的制定与应用保证了医疗安全,提高了患者康复护理质量。

Formulation and application of rehabilitation nursing admission assessment for patients with craniocerebral injury

Objective To improve nursing admission assessment content for patients with craniocerebral injury,increase the rehabilitation nursing effects.Methods In response to the clinical manifestations of patients with craniocerebral injury in the recovery stage,nurses conducted special rehabilitation nursing assessments in their rehabilitation within 24 hours of admission,and risk assessments were conducted according to the assessment content.Results Formulation and application of rehabilitation nursing admission assessment can help with disease prognosis,medical safety and appropriate rehabilitation treatments.76 patients with craniocerebral injury at our sanatorium were given special nursing assessment and plan formulation after admission with acute handling,during their rehabilitation stage,they actively cooperated with doctors and therapists and achieved good results.Conclusion Formulation and application of rehabilitation nursing admission assessment can assure medical safety and increase the rehabilitation nursing quality.
