左氧氟沙星不良反应的国内外文献个案调查与分析

摘    要:
目的分析左氧氟沙星近10年的药物不良反应。方法从CNKI数据库和Pubmed数据库中检索近10年关于左氧氟沙星不良反应的个案报道,并根据患者国籍、性别、年龄、用药原因、给药途径、给药剂量、不良反应发生时间及表现等,进行筛选和分析。结果 175例患者中,左氧氟沙星药物不良反应主要集中在日剂量0.2~0.5 g占86.29%。不良反应发生最早为用药1 min;主要发生在用药3天内,占全部不良反应的74.86%。不良反应以中枢及外周神经系统损害、全身性损害、肌肉骨骼肌系统损害、代谢和营养障碍及神经紊乱为主,占全部不良反应的68.57%。结论左氧氟沙星在临床上使用时要密切注意中枢及外周神经系统损害等不良反应表现。

Abstract:
Objective To analyse the adverse drug reaction(ADR) of levofloxacin from the domestic and foreign case report.Methods The case reports of levofloxacin adverse reaction were collected from CNKI database and Pubmed database.The data of patient nationality,gender,age,infection diseases,complications,route of administration,daily dose,and performance of adverse drug reactions were analyzed.Results In the total 175 cases,the rate of ADR were 86.3% in patients with 0.2-0.5 g levofloxacin daily.The earliest ADR happen time was within one minute after using levofloxacin.About three-quarter patients suffered from ADR within three days.The central and peripheral nervous system disorders,body as a whole-general disorders,muscular-skeletal system disorders,metabolic and nutritional disorders and psychiatric disorders.The incidence of these was 68.6%.Conclusion Central and peripheral nervous system disorders and other ADR performance of levoflaxacin should be concerned by clinical user.
