原发性高血压疗养员焦虑抑郁状况调查研究

目的研究原发性高血压患者伴焦虑、抑郁状况,为临床综合康复治疗提供依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）测评96例原发性高血压疗养员及60例健康疗养员。结果高血压组焦虑发生率17.71%,对照组焦虑发生率3.33%（P〈0.05）。高血压组抑郁发生率27.08%,对照组抑郁发生率13.33%（P〈0.01）。与已调研的56例不稳定心绞痛和30例急性心肌梗死患者测评结果比较,本组原发性高血压SAS、SDS分值水平最低,不稳定心绞痛组最高（P〈0.01）。结论原发性高血压疗养员焦虑、抑郁发病率明显高于健康人群,比不稳定心绞痛和急性心肌梗死住院患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪轻。临床医师治疗心血管疾病时应注意识别心理问题,尽早给予心理干预与物理康复疗法,必要时联合应用抗焦虑、抑郁药物治疗。

Investigation study on anxiety depression among convalescents with primary hypertension

Objective To research the anxiety depression situation on convalescents with primary hypertension in order to provide an objective foundation for the clinical comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.Methods SAS and SDS were adopted for the 96 convalescents with primary hypertension and 60 healthy convalescents.Results In the hypertension group anxiety incidence was 17.71% while in the control group anxiety incidence was 3.33%(P<0.05).In the hypertension group depression incidence was 27.08% while in the control group depression incidence was 13.33%(P<0.01).Compared with 56 cases with unstable angina and 30 cases with acute myocardial infarction,the SAS and SDS score levels of the convalescents with primary hypertension were the lowest,while those levels of the group with unstable angina were the highest(P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression in convalescents with primary hypertension is obviously higher than that in the healthy people,but lower than that in the patients with unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction.Clinicians should also identify the psychological problems when treating the cardiovascular disease,offer early psychological intervention and physical rehabilitation therapy,and apply antianxiety and antidepression drugs if necessary.
