基于八年制医学生人格特征的临床医学个性化教学模式

摘    要:八年制临床医学专业学生在临床专科实习阶段要学习临床技能和团队合作。我们应用艾森克个性量表(Eysenck personal questionaire,EPQ)对北京大学医学部59名八年制临床医学专业学生进行了问卷调查,结果显示医学生的人格特性存在差异。因材施教的个性化教学模式,要求教师在传授知识的同时,始终贯穿着人格教育,使医学生能够客观地认识自己,充分挖掘自身潜能,发挥自身优势,不断地修正自己的行为。我们建议,教师在医学生临床实习阶段使用个性化教学模式。

Abstract:The medical students on eight year program should learn clinical skills and collaboration of team work during their clinical practice. The personality characteristics of fifty-nine students, which were analyzed by Eysenck personal questionaire, show their differences. The individual teaching models should be always combined with personality education, so that every student could know himself more clearly, do their best and correct their behavior constantly. We recommend the individual teaching model in clinical teaching.
