| 摘 要： | 目的总结射频热凝疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会。方法对40例腰椎间盘突出症患者行射频热凝治疗,加强治疗前后的基础护理和心理护理,术中严密配合,术后指导体位姿势及康复锻炼。结果术后40例患者中36例疼痛不同程度缓解,有效率达90%。结论正确的护理措施可以提高临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objactive To summarize the nursing of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion treated by Radiofrequency coagulation. Method 40 patients of lumbar disc herniation were treated with Radiofrequency coagulation. Basic care and psychological care were strengthened. Guidance and rehabilitation training were given. Results The total effective rate was 90%,there was no complications. Conclusion The correct nursing could prevent complications and increase the curative effect. |
