| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术四孔法与三孔法的临床效果。方法 :回顾与总结腹腔镜胆囊切除 10 98例的临床资料、对四孔法与三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床效果进行对比研究。结果 :普通的腹腔镜胆囊切除术四孔法与三孔法各项临床指导差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;难度大的胆囊切除术手术时间和术中出血量四孔法显著优于三孔法 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :腹腔镜胆囊切除术可优先选用三孔法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the chinical effects of four-hole method and three-hole method of laparoscopy cholecy stectomy.Methods: To study the clinical date of 1098 cases on laparoscopy cholecy stectomy with four-hole method and three-hole meohod; To find out the differen ce between the two methods.Results: There is no significant diference between four-hole mothod an three-hole method for general laparascopy cholecy stectomy(P>0.05); There is significant difference between four-hole method and three-hole method for difficult laparoscopy cholecystectomy(P<0.01).Conclusion: Laparoscopy cholecystectomy with four-hole method is superior to that with three-hole method. |
