头孢噻肟酸合成母液回收工艺的研究

摘    要:
为了探讨头孢噻肟酸合成母液回收最佳工艺,采用直接蒸馏法和萃取分离出付产物M后间接蒸馏法。结果:萃取分离出付产物M后间接蒸馏法成功地降低了母液回收釜底残液有毒有害成分的含量,减少了釜底残液量,可达标排放,达到了清洁生产这一目的,提高了溶媒A的回收率为77.5%,直接蒸馏法会产生大量的釜底残液,不能达标排放,严重污染环境,溶媒A回收率为72.5%。

Abstract:
In this article,in order to research a better to recover mother-liquid in synthesis of Cefotaxime,use two methods:one is directly distillation;the other is indirectly distillation after extracting to separate the byproduct M,could reduce the content of detrimental composition in the residue of kettle bottom in recovery of mother-liquid,and decrease the volume of the residue of kettle bottom;could reach the criterion of discharge,and enhance the recovery rate of solvent A(is 77.5%) ;could gain the aim of clean production.On the other hand ,in the method of the directly distillation,could produce a mass of residue of kettle bottom,couldn't reach the criterion of dis- charge,could bring environmental pollution,and the recovery rate of solvent A is 72.5%.
