基层医院鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药现状分析

目的了解我院鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药情况,指导临床合理用药。方法回顾性分析我院临床各类标本中鲍曼不动杆菌(60株)的分离情况和耐药状况。结果60株鲍曼不动杆菌药敏结果显示,该菌对亚胺培南耐药率最低为0,其次为头孢哌酮/舒巴坦为13.3%,对左氧氟沙星、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的耐药率也较低,而对氨曲南、环丙沙星、庆大霉素的耐药率较高,均超过65%。结论本院鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率低于大型综合医院,需提醒临床医生合理使用抗生素,控制医院感染发生,避免多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌在院内传播。

Drug resistance status of acinetobacter baumannii in montane hospital

Objective To investigate drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii, and to guide the rational administration. Methods All kinds of clinical material were analyzed respecively in our hospital. Results In 60 srains of A.baumannii , the resistance to imipenem was the lowest(0), followde by cefoperazone/sulbactam(13.3%). The resistance rates to lerofloxacin, cefepime and pipercillin/tazobactam were also low. The resistance rates to aztreonam, ciprofloxacin and gentamicin were more than 65%. Conclusion The resistance rates of A.baumannii isolated from our hospital are much lower than those isolated from general hospital. A correct antibiotic policy should be addressed at the hospitals to use antimicrobial agent rationally and control nosomial infection, avoid the dissemination of resistant A.baumanii.
