护理硕士专业学位研究生《高级健康评估》课程方案的构建

摘    要:目的构建适用于护理硕士专业学位(Master of Nursing Specialist,MNS)研究生教育需求的《高级健康评估》课程方案,为该课程的优化改革提供参考。方法采用扎根理论研究方法对我校2017级21名MNS研究生进行深度访谈,在课程组讨论、质性访谈的基础上拟定专家咨询表,通过2轮专家咨询论证,结合会议讨论,集中专家意见确定课程方案。结果形成了包括教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价4个一级指标、17个二级指标、39个三级指标的《高级健康评估》课程方案。结论该方案秉承“以案例为先导,以问题为基础,以学生为主体”的教学理念,教学目标强化临床实践能力的有效提升,教学内容注重科学前沿内容的动态延展,教学方法形成以学生为主体的多元策略,教学评价构建形成性评价的综合体系,以期为相关院校提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To construct the curriculum program of advanced health assessment for postgraduates of master of nursing specialist and provide guidance for the optimization and reformation of the course.Methods The expert consultation form was developed on the basis of course group discussion and qualitative interview.The curriculum program was determined firstly through expert consultation and argumentation of two rounds,then by the meeting discussion,and finally by gathering expert opinions.Results The curriculum program of advanced health assessment includes 4 first-level indicators:teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.A total of 17 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators were involved in the above 4 parts.Conclusion The program adheres to the teaching philosophy of"taking cases as the guide,problems as the basis and students as the subject".The teaching objective is to effectively strengthen the clinical practice ability,the teaching content highlights the dynamic extension of the scientific frontier content,the teaching method forms multi-element strategy with students as the subject.The teaching evaluation constructs a comprehensive system of formative evaluation in order to provide reference for other institutions.
