人体正常和良恶性组织中8种微量元素的分析

本文报告人体恶性(63例)、良性(64例)和正常(65例)3种组织中8种微量元素测量结呆。证明恶性组织中铜、镍明显高于正常和良性组织,又以胃肠癌显著。栖前者低于后二者,而两组癌无差异。恶性组锌、锰明显低于正常组。其他癌锌降低显著,且锌有恶性<良性<正常的趋势。初步探讨3种组织中微量元素的变化规律和临床意义。

Contents of Eight Trace Elements in Human Malignant as well as Benign and Normal Tissues

The level of trace elements (Cu Se Zn Ni Mn Fe Mo Cr) has been determined in human tissue specimens from 63 malignant tumors as well as 64 benign tumors and 65 normal tissues. The result showed that the level of Cu and Ni in malignant tumor specimens was obviously higher than that in normal tissue and benign tumor speeimens(P<0. 05,P< 0.01). The Se content in malignant specimens was significantly lower than that in normal and benign speeimens(P< 0.01). There was no difference between the Se content in gastrcenterie cancer and that in other cancers. The Zn and Mn contents in malignant specimens were obviouslly lower than those in normal tissue(P<0.01),and the Zn content in oth- er malignant specimens was rather lower, moreover, there was a lowering tendency in the Zn content in the following tis- sues,in the order of,malignant tissues
