IGFR-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义

目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子受体1(IGFR-1)在乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中的表达及与ER、PR、cerbB-2的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测IGFR-1在40例乳腺癌和正常乳腺组织中的表达率。结果:IGFR-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达率为77.5%,在正常乳腺组织中的表达率为35%,两者之间有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);IGFR-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)呈正相关(r=0.41,P<0.05;r=0.36,P<0.05);与cerbB-2状态及临床分期无关(r=0.28,P>0.05;r=0.17,P>0.05)。结论:IGFR-1在乳腺癌组织中的高表达可作为乳腺癌的诊断的标志物,IGFR-1在乳腺癌的发生中有重要作用,IGFR-1可作为乳腺癌治疗的新靶点。

Expression of insulin-like growth factor receptor-1 in breast cancer and its clinical significance

Objective: To examine the expression of insulin-like growth factor receptor 1(IGFR-1) in breast cancer tissue and its relationship with ER,PR and cerbB-2.Methods:The expressions of IGFR-1 were detected in 40 patients with breast cancer and 40 controls with normal breast tissue with immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression rate of IGFR-1 in breast cancer tissue was 77.5%,in normal breast tissue was 35 %,there was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).In cancer group,there was positive correlation between the expression level of IGFR-1 and estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR)(both P< 0.05);there was no significant relationship between IGFR-1 expression and cerbB-2 and clinical stages(both P> 0.05).Conclusion:IGFR-1 could be used as a biomarker for diagnosis of breast cancer,IGFR-1 plays an important role in the development of breast cancer and IGFR-1 could be a new target for treatment of breast cancer.
