紫外线与戊二醛协同杀菌效果的试验观察

摘    要:采用载体定量杀菌试验,观察紫外线与戊二醛协同杀菌效果。结果,以辐照度值为95μW/cm2的紫外线与 10%酸性成二醛协同,对玻璃片与滤纸片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用 0.5 min,对两片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 10 min,杀灭率均≥99.9%;两因子单独作用则均达不到。

Abstract:Carrier quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe the synergetic bactericidal efficacy of ultraviolet rays and glutaraldehyde. The results indicated that combination of 95 μW / cm2ultraviolet rays and 1 .0% acidic glutaraldehyde with a 0.5 minute contact time killed ≥99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia colt on glass slide and filter paper and the same combination with a 10 minute contact time killed ≤99.9% of splores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on these two carriers. Either of these two disinfecting agents alone could not attain such efficacy.
