颧部骨性测量及其意义

摘    要:
目的探求反映颧部突出度的骨性测量点和测量值,为临床颧部整形提供依据。方法北京地区出土的成人颅骨76具,观测颧部的突出情况,找出适合反映颧骨情况的测量点,并对各点之间的空间关系进行解剖学测量。结果新设置了适用于判定颧部外形的1个测量点——颧点、5项测量指数——面长指数、面宽指数、前面宽指数、侧位颧突指数和侧位颌突指数,得出反映颧部位解剖的骨性测量值1596个,根据这些数据分析颧面部的结构特点及其正常测量范围。结论新设置的测量点及指数能够数据化描述颧部与面部其它部位骨性结构的相互关系。尽管各标本的测量方位不尽相同,但绝大多数分布在均数周围,测量结果有很好的代表性。本组颅骨左右两侧各项测量值的均数略有不同,但其差异无统计学意义,说明面骨性结构两侧基本对称。

Abstract:
Objective The zygoma and zygomatic arch are the most important framework of human face and affect facial outline in a great degree.Our aim is to find the key measuring point to reflect the malar protruding and its significance in the clinical application.Methods 76 adult skulls from Beijing area were used to observe the malar bone structure and the mearsuring point were selected.Then the distance between those points were measured.Results A new measuring point,named as zygoma protruding point,and 5 facial indexes,including the facial longitudinal index, the facial width index,the middle facial width index,the lateral zygoma protruding index and the lateral maxillar protruding index,were created.1596 measurment values about zygoma were taken.Based on these data,the structure of the face were analyzed and the normal range of the measurement values were caculated.Conclusion The new measuring point and indexes can digitally describe the malar bone structure and its relationship with other facial bony structure.The data are well around the mean value with a good reliability and consistency.The measuring data of the two sides of face is slightly different,though insignificance.
