早期康复训练结合针灸治疗偏瘫临床疗效观察

目的:探讨对脑卒中后遗症早期介入康复治疗的意义。方法:回顾2005年11月～2007年1月62例脑卒中后遗症,其中31例进行康复训练及针灸治疗,为治疗组,31例为药物治疗,为对照组。结果:经过3个月后评比,31例康复治疗组的患者肌力恢复强于31例药物治疗组的患者。通过Brunnstrom评分标准比较和Barthel指数(下肢步行能力)比较,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后遗症宜尽早介入康复训练及针灸疗法,可以最大限度的提高患者的生活质量。

Observation of the cllnical effect of early recovery exercise combined with acupuncture therapy for hemiparalysis

Objective:To investigate the significance of early rehabilitation on the sequela of cerebral apoplexy.Methods:62 patients with sequela of cerebral apoplexy from November 2005 to January 2007 were reviewed,31 of them were treated with recovery exercise and acupuncture and moxibustion as rehabilitation group,and the others with medicine only as control group.Results:3 months after treatment,muscle recovery in the rehabilitation group was superior to that in the control group.Compared two groups with Brunnstrom grade criterion and Barthel index(lower limbs ambulation ability),there was obvious difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is better to treat the sequela of cerebral apoplexy with recovery exercise and acupuncture therapy as early as possible,so as to improve the life quality of patients.
